Prices

Prices shown below are per week, for the entire apartment, not per person. The maximum number of persons that can stay in the apartment is six. If your choice of booking crosses between different tariff periods we will calculate the cost fairly per tariff.

The apartment can be rented for part weeks or weekends, please contact us for more details, however the minimum length of stay during peak season is seven nights.

We are happy to negotiate discounts for long lets over the winter period, please contact us.

Changeover day is flexible depending on availability, however, our normal check-in time is 4.00pm or later, with check-outs by 10.00am (contact us to arrange more flexible arrival and departure times).

Booking Conditions

Verbal bookings will be held for up to 7 days. A non-returnable deposit of 25% is required to secure each booking, and is due 2 months before your arrival date.

We required a breakages/damage deposit of £150 per booking, the balance of which is refunded within 7-10 days of your vacating the property.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets, and smoking is only permitted on the apartment's terrace.

Payments are accepted in UK pounds (£) or Euros (€), by cheque, cash or bank transfer.
